Nice old station building, which still functions as a waiting room. Well placed departure boards and waiting areas on the platforms. The bus terminal is right next to the station.
A clear 4th for changing trains.nI was going to change trains from Nässjö to Norrköping, since I am not known in the place and there was a short transfer time, I was unsure how it would work in Tranås - There were no problems based on the description I received from the train conductor on the train from Nässjö! No elevators, just leading the bike in the underpass towards Östgötapendeln - What could be improved is the signage.nWhat is impressive is that track 11 is in Tranås, as there are only three tracks within the station area.nEasy transfer to buses.nThe station building itself is as it is - a waiting room, that is!
