I was here to renew my foreign drivers license.nEverything worked perfectly. Took my picture and waited for the reception to finish it. The woman who was working there was in a great mood, smiled and was funny.nThis part of the place works good. I guess all the bad ratings are mostly from people who failed the driving test.nI met no rude persons here. But I must agree, 200 SEK for a self-service photo, is a rip-off, when you consider I have already paid 375 SEK to Transportstyrelsen, for being approved to go here...
Reception staff treats public badly. They are not open about how they deal personal data either. Those who evaluate practical drive tests do not have any sense of reality-any mistakes made by other drivers on the track were blamed on me. They don’t have all EU languages on theory test forcing me to make it in English plus forcing the candidates to answer some questions that doesn’t count on our theory evaluation for their testing purposes. While licenses from other specifics countries are accepted by most of the EU to be just exchanged, here they make foreigners to do everything from zero =$$$. If you don’t like their evaluation it’s impossible to place a complaint about it ‘cause their “decisions are unappealable” like absolutism, they protects themselves always, above any justice, candidates are there just to be dried out . They will use the “security” card since it can always been said and repeat “just listen” when you try to say anything, and, of course, “you’re welcome to try it again” = $$$ Everything is so out of the planet and unfair. Their goal is just $$$
Very rude staff talking down on people. The receptionist kept belitteling me and kept saying sarcastic, demeaning comments. She kept interupting me aswell and when i tried to walk away she raised her voice asking ” where I think I’m going”
The imspector was really bad. His face become upset when you ask him to explain in English not Swedish. Even we didnt start driving he was judging nonse, asking weird questions. I was quite surprised to see it is true that people says this trafikcenter is the hardest one. Seems they have swear to not let anyone pass for the first trial, maybe its cz of income. The reasons he gives for nonapprove of driving were totally unfair as he was the one putting traffic in the risk by asking higher speed, instant turnover distract driver attention. The reception suffs deserve five stars but not instructor.
Passed driving test without any problems. Inspector was really nice and explained everything in English. Highly recommend this Trafikverket office to take en exams.
