Hallon is an actual scam business in Sweden because they prevent their customers from canceling subscriptions. The only way you can cancel a subscription is thru a complicated online chat where they request ridiculous information that is very hard to obtain for no reason other than wearing you out. It's a disgusting business practice and they clearly have no morals. Very shameful. I also believe this practice to be illegal and someone should definitely sue them for it.
My subscription ended in January 2026. One year before that, I contacted Tre and informed them that I would switch to Telenor once my contract expired. I also asked if they had any better offer.nnIn January, my Tre subscription ended and my number was transferred to Telenor. I did not use Tre’s services at all after the contract expired.nnDespite this, Tre sent me an invoice in February for a service I did not use. When I contacted customer service, they told me I needed to call again one month before the contract ended. However, I had already informed them in advance, and the subscription ended as scheduled.nnCharging a customer for a service that was not used is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.
They made me pay 711kr because I didn’t renew my subscription without using the service!! I WILL NEVER BE A CUSTOMER FOR THIS COMPANY AGAIN EVER!
Dealing with customers is very poor, services are not completed well. For about a year and a half, the payment method has not been changed to automatic payment yet. I do not recommend dealing with this company. The company doesn't even deserve one star.
The worst customer services of all time, i am the 1st caller in the queue and i waited 1 hour and 30 min to ask why they are charging me and i stopped my deal 3 months ago and switch to another company. The worst internet and call signals.
