Causing damage and taking no responsibility!nnIn connection with their ventilation project on the roof, Treano managed to drill right through the roofing felt and make a large hole approx. 1 dm² in my ceiling. Mistakes can happen, but their handling afterwards has been under all criticism. No proactive feedback whatsoever. Instead, you as a resident are forced to spend time and energy chasing them to get them to take responsibility and fix the damage they themselves have caused. Very unprofessional.
I don't know if this is a serious company. Several things were noted during the inspection, but as a final inspection, a practicing supervisor comes in, just opens doors and walks out. He didn't even know what to check. If you want quality, you shouldn't let them ruin it.
Möjligt ni kan bygga men ställer mig oerhört tveksam till er sinnesnärvaro vid bilkörning efter att tre TREANO-bilar körde som vettvillingar fredagen 15/8 vid 16-tiden på väg 9 väster om Smyge mot Dalabadet och Trelleborg. Körde om på de mest riskfyllda ställen man kan välja och naturligtvis körde de snarare 110 än 70... Treano, nej tack..!
1 month has passed and I still haven't received any feedback on my case. Despite calling you 5 times and sending 3-4 emails. Still waiting for a response.nnQuick to respond when it comes to planning projects and getting money, but when it comes to fixing errors that cost them money, it takes time. Despite all the criticism.
Does not follow plans. Also leaves all gates and doors open which resulted in us having our basement broken into.
