The order was split into 2 deliveries without information, I had to discover that myself and encounter it 2 times.nThe delivery small packages is sent to the home where you have to be home to receive. Called the distributor to book a time for delivery. Would have preferred to have it delivered to a representative and pick it up myself.

Beställt flera gånger och alltid varit snabb leverans. Kundtjänst fick jag svar från inom några minuter när jag hade glömt hämta paket vid ett tillfälle, de löste allt direkt. Jag är supernöjd!

Yep, that's right!nThey said my package was lost and that it happens sometimes. They were supposed to check it and call me but they never did. I call again but get the same message and have to talk to different people each time who say the same thing. I've had to call them for several days when they promised to call me to see if they sent my package. But it ends up with me getting frustrated and angry and canceling.nThey are very good at being nice but not doing their job.
