Unfortunately, we have had very bad experiences here. We were first told that we could take our blood tests here instead of privately, but already the first visit and a very strange examination of the thyroid gland from my husband did not inspire any confidence. They do not have an ultrasound and several statements about thyroid diseases felt irrational and incorrect.nnThe examination table, chairs and even the desk were visibly dirty!!nnWhen we were to take new blood tests, CRP was refused - despite the fact that we had submitted all the relevant documents and there were acute complaints. The doctor completely refused CRP, despite autoimmune disease and previous deviating values, and showed no desire to help. My husband had also fasted and taken time unnecessarily.nnCommunication was poor both before and during the visit. We had to explain everything several times, and no one seemed really knowledgeable or responsible. The nurse who was to take the blood test also had clearly shaking hands, which did not feel safe.nnThis was our last visit here. Unprofessional, disorganized, disrespectful and with no real desire to support their patients.
I do not recommend anyone to go to this health center. For example, a blood test was taken that was not good and had to be retaken, of course you get worried and want to know the new result they don't call themselves and explain and the woman who answered was very unpleasant.nYou have to apologize for wanting to know details about your own health.
Requested a medical assessment of work capacity but was only referred to a physiotherapist.nNo doctor took a position or documented the decision in the medical record, even though this is required by the Swedish Social Insurance Agency.nVery poor handling
I am writing this review because I don't want anyone else to have to go through what I have. I have had severe back pain with a herniated disc and pinched nerves, but have been denied real help time and time again at Trygga Kliniken. Been left on their chat for 1 week without any answer several times even when I called, I have not received any calls back after their voicemail.nnInstead of getting pain relief that actually helps with physical pain, I have only been offered antidepressants SSRI and SNRI. It feels completely wrong when you seek treatment for severe back problems and get psychiatric medication instead of something that relieves the pain. Those pills have only made your body and mind feel worse, without making the pain go away.nnI feel that the doctors at the clinic do not listen, do not take responsibility and often seem more worried about their reputation than about the health of the patients. It feels like you are being judged based on how you look instead of what problems you actually have. It's as if they've already made up their minds before you even have time to explain how bad you feel.nnThe woman at the reception has always been kind and welcoming, but the doctors themselves give the impression of hubris and lack of empathy, except for the physiotherapist Camilla. You leave the clinic with more hopelessness than when you arrived.nnI want to warn others! If you are seeking care for real pain or other concerns and want to be taken seriously, choose another clinic. Trygga Kliniken is anything but safe. I really hope that someday they start putting people's health before money.
The doctor threw the phone in my ear and laughed when I questioned him without giving me any further action or further treatment for an illness. Pretends to be above what Specialist Doctors and Nurses think that I had a couple of months ago before moving to Kristianstad. Frivolous and gives absolutely no security as a patient. Previous history and successful treatment do not seem to mean anything.nnJust check the reviews below, it seems that this doctor treats his Patients in this way.
