So disappointed, I returned an expensive brand down jacket with a fur collar. When I got the jacket back, the fur had shrunk by several cm. You hand in clothes that you are worried about to people you think know what they are doing and then they wash the clothes to pieces instead. No, they can't wash jackets correctly so definitely don't hand in your winter jackets here!
Very disappointed and sad when I returned an expensive brand down jacket with a fur collar. When I got the jacket back with a shrunken fur, the jacket was ruined. You send your garments you are worried about to the dry cleaners precisely because you trust that they know what they are doing and that the work will be done professionally. No, ABSOLUTELY do not send your expensive winter jackets here!
The laundry will apparently close soon and is not accepting clothes for washing at the moment.
Nice staff and very well done work. Dropped in my boat cushions which were super clean. Affordable too. Highly recommended!
Used it a few years ago but plan to return. Good thing that Laattmaster has a representative in Bergvik. Otherwise it is a bit out of reach of public transport.
