The buses are on time and the times are updated well on the boards and there are security guards here so you feel safe, but there is no staff to ask if you are unsure about something. There should be.
A fairly average travel center/bus terminal. There are toilets, an ATM, the press office, subways and a travel shop for western traffic inside the terminal itself. There is also a mailbox and lockers for instabox packages. Outside on the south side there are two different falafel vendors food trucks and there is also a hamburger/kebab moj on the north side of the building. Security has improved recently with guards patrolling. There are still too few benches and seats at the stops for the local buses
Big travel day Good Friday at 12:00.nHub for many changes. Everything closed, not even a public toilet. Thumbs down.
