The university library is now a quiet place with only a few students around due to online teaching at many student institutions. The library is open to pickup books and employees keep measurements to asure the best conditions with no risks of coronavirus contaminations.

It's a calm environment and you have access to all the books
You can always find what you want and the library ambience is great to do your reading. The library also houses the archives underground.
Ideal environment for learning. I am loving it. I strongly recommend.
