Many might have heard that Stockholm, the capital of Sweden, is very beautiful, but very few know how pretty the Swedish countryside is. A mere two hour drive north of Stockholm lies the area of Hälsingland, a landscape with rolling hills, countless number of lakes, rivers and streams, deep forests, and grand farm houses dating back a few centuries.
It is also here that we live, in the small village of Bergvik, and it is from here that we will take you on a memorable journey to see this beautiful landscape, the grand farm houses, and the unique fabric production from the flower flax.
