I'm giving Uppsala Orienthus a low rating due to a frustrating lack of basic customer service technology. It's disappointing to see that they have either removed or are not maintaining their in-aisle price-checking machines. This makes it impossible to verify prices as you shop, leading to uncertainty and potential surprises at the checkout. To make matters worse, the customer-facing screens at the checkout are also not working. This means you can't even see what's being rung up in real-time. This complete lack of transparency is unacceptable and makes for a very poor shopping experience. I hope the management addresses these issues soon.
You will find a wide range of variety at such a small place. Be cautious and always check the expiry date especially those items produced out of Sweden. Have personally experienced several times. Some of the items are over priced.
The shop offers a wide variety of items, which is great if you're looking for options. However, the prices are on the higher side compared to similar places. I also found the staff not very helpful or approachable. Overall, it’s an okay place if you know what you’re looking for, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
The prices of many things are higher than Willeys. The sweets, cookies I bought was not edible n very old. I am surprised how can they sell certain things so overpriced than even other stores around.
Wide range of pakistani food items , spices, grocery, meat, vegitables, Shan food items and national spices available.
