I was supposed to receive a delivery on Thursday then it was Friday and then they said they had been here but no one was home, which is strange because we have had 4-5 people at the place 24/7 for the past 2 weeks! Sent an email and got a reply that the goods were on the car and would be delivered on Monday, but nothing came. Called on Tuesday morning and they said that something must have happened on Monday but I would definitely get them on Tuesday but nothing on Tuesday either. It is now Wednesday afternoon and still no package. I have been allowed to take three days off from work in Norway but can't stay here any longer. Packages can go back and I can solve it later. Never more UPS as a shipping option!!!
Still waiting for shipment which they were supposed to deliver as early as 10.03 today is 27.03. They lied that I was not at home when they tried to deliver and that they did not have the correct delivery address.
I was called and promised delivery on the 16th of December, I still haven't seen my delivery on the 28th of December. Miserable!
