UPS JONKOPING

First day I was at my house the whole day and then when I checked it said UPS failed delivery attempt. I also did not get any note. I called the customer service and they said they will deliver again. The day after I saw the UPS truck infront of my door. I opened the door which he did not see. After just standing there with the car for 3 min he drove off. I run after him and caught him quickly. He said he was only gonna deliver a few other packets first because it is so hard to get my package and be back in 5 min. At the same time at UPS tracking it said failed delivery attempt. He came back literally after 1 min to deliver because he was caught and his truck was almost empty. It is really frustrating in total.

The worst company ever. You order a home delivery and you wait around four hours but suddenly they ask you to go get your stuff from the store. And when you call them they say you weren’t home. Bad company.nMonth ago I wrote this review due to a bad experience with them.nAnd today I was forced to ship my order with them and guess what?nThe same bad way I got from them.nThe driver was lazy and didn’t bother to call or even to ring the bell and he says that he did it. And i have proof that he didn’t do it.nGo home you don’t deserve to run a company.nAnd this time I am going to sue you for delaying my shipment.

Time and time again they are claiming that you are not available, not at home or some other fairytale. You will basically have to track down the actual truck in order to beg the driver to give you your package, for which you've already paid a fortune to get shipped to you. Now you're paying again with parts of your soul. The service level is extraordinarily bad.

Claim to have attempted a delivery when they clearly don't. Home all day, no sign of a UPS lorry

Don't announce their arrival and drive away before I even make it downstairs. Nice.
