First time at a Vårdcentral in Sweden, for 2 more than 2 weeks now, I have issues with my stomach. They checked me and did a blood sample. After they took the sample they told me to wait, so I waited for 1 hour. Turns out that they forgot to give me the results and went to lunch.nnEven worse are their opening hours, I have to hand in a stool sample but you have to hand it in the same day, but they only accept samples between 8-10. I asked if I could hand it in somewhere else, somewhere with better opening hours, but they do not share the information with other Vårdcentrals/hospital so they would not know what to do with it.nnI tried to get a sample for 5 weekdays they are closed on weekend to get a sample so I could hand it in before 17, I wonder how long it will take me to get a sample than I can hand in before 10.nnI will look for another place.

I had my surgery rescheduled a few weeks later even though I had 2 more serious infections and took antibiotics 2 times because of it. So I've had problems with my toe for over six months now and had to adjust my life because of the pain and the infections. I'm not happy.
The nurse was unable to insert the needle despite trying many times for over an hour. I became dizzy and fainted, and the situation was not handled professionally. She also wrote incorrect information in my medical record. Do not recommend this health center.
