I have repeatedly experienced a lack of competence among the doctors I have met with at your clinic. During one visit, I questioned whether the doctor had a valid medical license, as I did not feel confident in the assessment. I did not receive a clear answer to my question, which reinforced my uncertainty. When I subsequently sought information about the doctor, it emerged that he also works as an imam, which made me even more doubtful about his medical competence. This has seriously affected my confidence in your practice.

Can't recommend the health center. Waiting for prescription renewal for two weeks.

Today I had an appointment with the diabetes nurse at 10:05. As usual, they receive me and she does a quick blood test and health check. Then comes recommendations. But today was the worst, waiting for the next 15 minutes until someone from the lab calls me and takes a blood test. Then I wait almost an hour but without seeing the nurse. I go to the reception and wonder what has happened then I get the answer that she doesn't see any appointment. I show the message from the health center where it clearly says May 2 at 10:05 appointment for family doctor's office. Then she explains that today was just a blood test. So I say why haven't you informed me about it when I didn't have to sit there for almost an hour like an idiot. She says yes then you should register twice! So that's it I'm going home again and I still don't understand why I had an appointment and what I was doing there? Total confusion. Thank you health center, you are sooooo amazing.

The stars only apply to the laboratory!!!nI agree with what is said about Hallstahammar VC, it is under all criticism. The doctors do not care at all, when you call for advice and booking you are questioned. However, there is one BIG exception and that is THE LABORATORY nThe laboratory is absolutely outstanding, helpful, empathetic and above all they see you as a person as the patient you are.nnNot a bad word about the laboratory and its staff, you are outstanding.nThank you Lena and all of you others at the laboratory, thank you for being therenA big teddy bear hug from mennPia
