Very poor treatment over the phone when trying to see a doctor. The first time I called on Monday and told them how my situation looked, the advice was that I should wait and continue with self-care until today when they thought it sounded like a viral infection. Got a lot worse and called again on Wednesday to try to get an emergency appointment. Was greeted rudely by a woman who didn't even introduce herself when she answered. Was told that I would once again continue with self-care and would only return if I had breathing difficulties. Called doktor.se the same evening and had to speak to a specialist doctor to get a second opinion. This doctor thought it was very strange that the health center did not give me an emergency appointment earlier in the week to be examined by a doctor. She also urged me to seek treatment at the emergency room if the health center refused me for a period of time. Early Friday morning I went to the emergency room as my symptoms just got worse and worse. Got to see a doctor straight away who examined me. Samples were taken and in the end it was determined that I had a bacterial infection which required a course of antibiotics for 7 days. My advice to those of you who see this is not to call this health center because you will absolutely not get the help you need.

Do not choose this health center. Don't even bother trying it. Referrals take months before they respond, no follow-ups are given - you have to hunt for those yourself, and maybe get a few if you're lucky. So incredibly worthless.

Hopeless to get an appointment. Have tried 3 mornings at 07 to call and they are fully booked weeks ahead and it is not possible to book an appointment that far in advance!!nTOM the staff in the exchange think that people should change healthcare centers because they are so bad!

Very good treatment by the physiotherapist William. Thorough examination and homework to reduce discomfort. I am very pleased.
