Just a very disappointing experience overall. This Vårdcentral staff receptionists, nurses need to care more for patients
One of the the worse experience, they basically asked me to go to Linkoping.
changed health center too far to my good health center. good diabetes department very even. but the female assistant doctor waited a month for a phone appointment wanted a visit, 15 minutes when she would remove my pain medicine I have for chronic pain for 20 years, very rough, did not listen, changed back where I always have a specialist doctor, shame about the fine diabetes care. uffe.
My doctor arrived 35 minutes later than the scheduled time and during the exam she went away for about 20 minutes to get something for the exam....nOther than that, pretty much every time I've needed help has been good.
Avoid this place as much as possible. Terrible treatment. Hangs up during an ongoing conversation. Prescribed the wrong dose of what may be the right medication. Prescribed antibiotics for a virus. Severe cold for 4 years... I could go on and on. Terrible! Shame! One star is too many. Should be 5 crossed out stars.
