Considering Vadstena is a small town and there are limited number of choices, this place is descent.nnThe goods...nThe pool is great and crystal clean and the gym has good equipment. They all work fine and its a good exercise environment. Easy entry and exit to the gym.nnThe bads...nThe gym shouldn't have been in the basement of the club. I feel in summer it gets a bit stuffy down there.nThere isn't enough equipment to perform calisthenics or cross training which sucks.nnBut I try to make the best of what I have so my final verdict is, its not the best but its a good place to exercise.
