Wery functional and easy to apply as website, only waiting time is far to long.
Very nice and helpful girls at the counter
What's the point of having a type of emergency when you call and there's no interest in coming and helping... I've been without water in the kitchen all day on 7/20....the person I talked to about the problem said if I could carry the dishes into the toilet and wash them there...thumbs down!!
So far they have behaved well, we will see how it goes in the future.
Bad really, they hardly care about us who live there. They clear out our parking spaces because they want to make room for new housing and the new ones in the spaces are usually limited to hours or it's a rented parking space, they let old apartments fall into disrepair until people move. No renovation which many apartments need, the garbage dumps are full of garbage outside and look disgusting but it's the people who live there who can't sort or take larger things to the dump. Would have chosen another housing provider.
