Vartorp was once a great manor with both mill and sawmill turned by the water from Mörrum river and with thousands of acres of land.
Today the farm is a peaceful setting for a unique holiday, which satisfies the dreams of a simple holiday in nature as well as the request for modern comfort.
You can rent a habitation in our big nature park where you stay in real tepees and cook over open fire. Or you can rent e newly renovated room in the old granary. No matter what, you have the beautiful Småland nature with lake, forest and fishing just outside.
Vartorp is situated where the Småland plateau goes into the highlands of Southern Sweden, an area with many lakes 25 km north of Växjö and 6 km outside the small town of Rottne. It is an approx. drive of 3 1/2 hours from Copenhagen or approx. 2 hours from Helsingborg.
