Mimmi ROCKS! Such a lovely lady, so patient and kind.nnOf special note: as we were waiting our turn, an elderly Spanish couple in front of us wanted info about how to go back to Stockholm that night. Mimmi was able to reassure them with her patient and helpful manner, and they left calmer than when they arrived. In other words - she’s got a way with people.

A very good place if you want to have informations of what to do on the Island. You'll find lots of books and maps about the history of the town. A special thanks to Mimmi who was so sweet and friendly. She gave us all the informations that we need with lots of kindness.

A bit simple, and lack of activity in late Aug. One may not aware the nice place is further into residential area, beyond those ships, shops and car parks. there is small beach with slope made of big rocks, and clear water to swim, where you can also taste water, not really salty!

Jumped on a ferry from Stockholm to Vaxholm having done no research about what to expect or do. Wandered up to Tourist Info. The lady Mimmi I think was super helpful and knowledgable. And we did a lovely walk around the island. Make sure you look upstairs too at what was the old court room.

Lovely lady helped us and answered any questions we had. She gave us some great suggestions for places to visit.
