I recently visited this veterinary clinic and had a mixed experience. While the vet was calm and respectful, I found him to be lacking in both care and skill. Initially, he recommended a course of action, but after we insisted on a more thorough diagnosis, he completely changed the method. Overall, he didn’t come across as very friendly or helpful. Additionally, it was surprising that he was unable to speak English, which made communication challenging.
Definitely a small pet clinic offering the highest standard. I felt taken care off by the whole crew but I gotta say that the biggest impression left on me doctor Łukasz. I remember few years back when he worked somewhere else I came to him with my now late friend and he really helped us, didn't lose hope, kept calm and explained everything to us nicely. He has been recommended by a friend of mine back then and now when I was looking once again for help with my new dog, he still got recommended by a different friend. It's surprising at first that a person is so well known and respected even by people not living remotely close that definitely have at least 20 other vets on the way to his clinic. But the moment he takes care of your pet, you understand why. Animal care is definitely his calling and he excels like no one else in this field. I wish him and the rest of the crew all the best.
Phoned in to make an appointment for dental. I heard it as Thursday 28th, but when I arrived I was told it was on the Tuesday 26th. I never received any notification or reminder of my appointment to avoid such error.nNo effort was made to contact me via phone regarding the missed appointment either.nnDefinitely need a better booking system and conformation system to avoid mistakes like this. I'm not sure if I will rebook my appointment due to the lack of effort on their part.
