My first and last visit to Vianor in Örebro. Bought four new winter tires on Friday 17/11 at 12:00 and went home, then at 17:00 when I was about to leave, there was a puncture on the right tire. Dropped off the tires on Monday 20/11, it was certain that I would get help quickly. first they didn't have that type of tires at home and they would contact me when they get home. Had to wait four days, no calls from them. I call and asked if they got the tire home. yes they say. Had to go there to get new tires, then they say I have to pay for new tires. got a reply that I caused the damage and have to pay for a new tire. how could i cause the damage on new tire that i drove less than two kilometers? they state that I was driving on an edge, if that has been the case then could see some form of damage to the rim. If you have bought a new tire, it should probably last more than four hours.nUSELESS AND UNPROFESSIONAL judgement.
