I had a frustrating experience with this parking service. After I paid for my spot, it took 40 minutes to receive my parking information, which almost made me late for my flight. That kind of delay is unacceptable for an airport parking facility.nnThen, when I returned from my trip at 12 AM, I found a car parked just 40 cm away from mine, making it nearly impossible to get into my driver’s seat. I had to physically push my car just to squeeze in. This is a serious issue that should be addressed, better spacing and monitoring are needed to prevent this from happening to others.nnHope they improve their service
Terrible experience with VIP Parking at Landvetter Airport.nnOn July 20, I booked VIP Parking and was instructed to leave my car key in a designated drop box using a code. The code didn’t work, and no one answered the phone number shown on the screen. Following instructions, I left the key at the Information Desk, clearly labeled with my name, phone number, license plate, and parking spot. I also informed the staff that I would return the next evening, July 21 at 21:30.nnUpon my return, the key was not where it was supposed to be. I spent almost 2 hours at the airport while staff searched for it. Nobody could locate it, and I was forced to take a taxi home late at night. The next day, the key was finally found — in the VIP parking office.nnDue to this service failure, I had to pay for two Uber rides, and I submitted both receipts requesting reimbursement. No one ever responded to my complaint. I sent a follow-up email and still received no reply.nnThis is completely unacceptable for a “VIP” service. Poor communication, no accountability, and zero customer support. I will be filing a formal complaint with Swedish consumer protection authorities ARN
Used VIP Parking for the first time and it was really convenient.nBoth departure and arrival was outside their working hours but that was no disadvantage. Very easy to get the key from the information desk at Landvetter and thankful that car was in the garage as it came some snow day before.nUsed their charging service and the battery was fully charged as expected. Will absolutely use VIP-Parking for future trips.
As a frequent traveler, I have used many different airport parking services over the years, but VIP Parking stands out as one of the best I've ever used.nnFrom the moment I arrived at their psrking, I was impressed by their excellent customer service.nnThe lot itself was clean, well-lit, and secure, with plenty of space for my vehicle. I felt confident leaving my car there for the duration of my trip, knowing that it was in good hands.nnWhen I returned from my trip, I was delighted to find that the car delivery was prompt and easy to use.nnOverall, I highly recommend VIP Parking to anyone who is looking for a convenient and reliable airport parking service. Their excellent customer service, clean and secure lot, and prompt services make them a top choice for travelers. I will definitely be using VIP Parking again for my future
Very simple and easy to use. Drop off and Pickup were after hours and I was able to get my key back from the information centre inside the terminal with no hassle. Highly reccommend the service.
