I made an appointment and had to wait a week to get in. Ok, whatever. I wrote a description of my issue when I booked the appointment. Service transmission required thinking maybe a fluid change but whatever. and Abs/tpms/parking brake/red triangle/traction control/ dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I’m sure this is a common fault. Sensor repair maybe some wiring again whatever. I get a call 30 minutes later saying they figured it out and my car was ready. I thought great. But no! I get charged 1700 sek to tell me it’s a sensor and the transmission light couldn’t be attached to this sensor. I figured it was a sensor before I brought it in. Then they tell me it’ll be 4000 sek to fix it and bring it back in 2 weeks, maybe we can get you in sooner. What a rip off of a service center! I’ll never go back!!!
This is the worst workshop I’ve ever dealt with. My car was sent in with a simple problem – a broken fuel pump – and it came back with more problems than before.nnFirst of all, the repair took forever, and I had to keep calling them to get updates because they never contacted me on their own. After I got the car back, there was a strong smell of diesel inside. When I checked under the hood, I found fuel leaking from a damaged return hose onto the engine !!. I ended up fixing it myself because I didn’t want to wait weeks for them to mess it up again.nnAnd then there’s the Webasto heating system, which worked perfectly before but stopped working after their repair. It’s clear they didn’t properly bleed the fuel system after replacing the pump. I had to take the car to another workshop to get this fixed.nnThe work they do here is sloppy and careless. They call themselves qualified mechanics, but based on my experience, they don’t even understand the basics of how the car systems work.nnIf you care about your car, your money, and your time, stay far away from this place. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Detta är vad som hände med mig idag, jag lämnade en bil för att byta vindrutan, jag lämnade den utan anmärkningar och utan några skador, men efter att ha bytt vindrutan hittade jag skador i kontrollskärmens ram. Jag pratade med dem, men de förnekar skadan, och jag som bilägare kräver bevis och de har inga bevis på att den är gammal.nMen detta är vad som hände efter argumentet, de vägrar erkänna att det är nytt, och jag blev inte kompenserad eller reparerad, bara rengöring från glas och spår av arbetenJag rekommenderar ingen att lita på och om det är obligatoriskt måste du fotografera din bil i sin helhet, men du bör veta om det finns verk.nEn mekaniker som inte kan lyfta bilen och fotografera eller ta hand om reparationen finns det inget förtroende och om skadan de orsakat är dyr kommer de att förneka och anklaga ägaren att det är han som gjorde det.
Talk about good service. The car was towed in Stockholm last Friday to Volvo in Enköping and they fixed it this morning, Monday, even though they were understaffed at the workshop. Of course your car will be fixed when you are here on vacation and so you can go home to the Åre area. You can talk about service
