I ordered 4 products from the Wakakuu website. Products on sale are at very competitive prices. The international delivery lasted exactly 2 weeks from placing the order I was informed about the extended delivery time during the sale when I was placing the order. In the meantime, I contacted the Wakakuu at chat at their website to confirm that the order had been sent - I got the answer within a minute. The products are great and so is the customer service contrary to the previous opinions.
I ordered a ring from here and I needed it before vacation. I contacted customer service, they replied within a day. After that, they replied after only a few hours. I ordered the wrong size and after sending my merchandise back, I got a response after 2 days. After 4 days I had the money back at my account. I think they had a malfunctioning system before but I could not have been happier!
Very good experience with Wakakuu. I ordered shoes December 30th from Sweden and I received them on January 7th in France. I got zero problem but I had few questions regarding my order. I sent them an email and a message on Facebook, they were really reactive and helpful. I recommend Wakakuu without any doubt.
I was very worried about ordering something from them because of the bad reviews here . Well... I must have been one of the lucky ones . My order has arrived very fast and because I've had to make a return , the refund was back into my account in less than 5 working days . I was very surprised by this and pleased with their service ! :
