Was going to order a cover for a water trap for SEK 50, saw that shipping was SEK 99, then emailed and asked if they could post the cover in a letter. SEK 7 stamp but it didn't work, it's DHL's boxes that apply. Okay, sour but understandable. When the lid arrives, does it come in an envelope with a SEK 7 stamp on it? What!? Calling the store and got to talk to the guy I emailed with and he just talks it off. He doesn't make a big deal out of it.nnUgh what bad service! He spent SEK 93 plus at the small shop. I will never buy anything here again!
Asked about availability on an article. They announced that it was in stock, but that the price on the website did not apply, but that the item cost almost 60% more. A bit of a strange setup, I think.
My fault, I had no idea what I ordered! It was no problem to return and I got all the money back. But of course I can't avoid shipping.nI think it was super easy to advertise and will definitely check here the next time I'm shopping for things for the house.
