I love the easy app key solution, I had used the wrong number at Airbnb but 24h service so it was easily fixed by the customer service. Nice and fresh rooms and newly built. They also have a little self check out store - and if you are non Swedish you can get a key at the reception. Very price worthy!
Lovely furnished studio apartments that make great hotel rentals! We stayed in one without the loft that had little curtained compartments for the beds instead and it was great. If IKEA ran a hotel it would look like these rooms, with everything new and efficient and simple.nnThere were pots and pans, stove, fridge, and microwave for cooking simple meals though you will need your own oil, salt, etc. There was also a washer/dryer for laundry that worked very well. The nearby swimming area is open afternoons and evenings and is near a great park. The convenience store on the property was handy but groceries are cheaper at the Willy's grocery store about ten minutes away.nnThe bus stop was not on Google maps but there is one close to the hotel that will take you across the river to the downtown area. Because of the construction many routes/schedules are not accurate so look at the bus stops carefully.
Overall we were pleased. It’s a littlenOdd, but a good value and no problems. The stairs inside our room are very steep and the “bedroom” has very low ceilings, so of course I hit my head a couple times. There is a nearby pedestrian bridge to an area with some stores and restaurants. No problems with noise or lights.
A pretty cool up and coming area of Gothenburg. The apartments are very functional but a definite experience in tiny home, minimalist living. You can't stand up straight in the lofts and the stairwells are very steep and narrow so for people mobility challenges this is not a good fit. But the location right by the pier swimming pools is super fun and unique and it's very close to a good bus connection, and about a 20 minute walk from a large shopping complex.
Perfect location next to public swimming pool. This place is an old harbor or shipyard. You can still see the rails. There were some cheap material in the rooms like loose bolts etc but not a deal breaker. We have asked for a pillow and the service was there in five minutes. You can be in the city center in ten minutes with a very slow bike ride.nAh and it has great views hence the name.
