I have the worst experience with this campany. I have no access to my cars status after 2 months and 10 days. Everytime I call, different people say different things. I have talked to more than 5 different stuff and non of them are respectful and non of them tries to help the customer. I am writing this while my car is with them,but I do not care, this fact. One of their employee lied me and no one takes responsibility for that. This company has the very bad communication channel and customer handling. Too frastrated and too irritated. I consider myself as I am not really in Sweden. I myself work and have engaged with customers, but this company seems totally out of normal workflow. Everybody blocks me when I wanted to talk to the boss. They took my telefon number several times and promised me to call but I got no call. So funny is they called me and it was a miss call, then when I call back they said you are unreachable but still they do not want to write via email. It was after I called them and asked them to write via email that they started to write a long fake information and denials. So sad that such companies are allowed to operate. Still now, I have no idea what they are doing with my car and what thay talk with the insurance company about my car, which thwy claim is prohobited to share with me for the GDRP reasons. I recommend no one to this company. I am willing to listen other experiences of course. In many parts of Africa as I know, people are forced to pay corruption when they face such experiences; which I will never think of even if they keep my car for one year! But in this company I see something fishy.nnLast week I was forced to pay 1096 kr for one trip for a taxi because I have family with small children and there was no chance to rent a car.
Update 2013-05-29: Called them last friday, they hung up on me. Sent an email via their contact form - no answer yet. Not improved since last time then!nn----nCan't review their actual work as they do not even answer on their info e-mail. Twice on separate occasions I've emailed them and another repairshop did the job instead.
The service is flawless. Was there for a check-up and they gave me really good information and didn't even ask for a payment.
To not be able to call and inform that there are parts missing and the completion will be delayed is such poor customer service. How hard can it be?
