I recently had my car repaired and painted at Werksta Danderyd, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.nnWhat impressed me most was the speed and quality of the job - they completed the paintwork in just 3 days instead of the 6 days originally estimated, and the result was absolutely flawless.nnA special mention goes to Robert in the Repair & Parts department, who truly made a difference throughout the process. He took the time to carefully explain every step, answered all my questions, and reassured me along the way. His professionalism and calm, customer-first attitude gave me complete confidence that my car was in the best hands.nnInterestingly, my neighbor also had their car repaired here recently and shared the same positive experience - quick turnaround, professional handling, and excellent results.nnWhile I noticed there are some negative reviews about Werksta, it’s important to remember that they handle over 100 cars every week. From my personal experience, it’s clear that their team is highly professional, efficient, and dedicated to delivering great results, even at such a large scale.nnI highly recommend Werkstad Danderyd for anyone in need of repairs or paintwork. My experience exceeded expectations, both in service and outcome.
Not so serious workshop, had a paint job recently, looks like they don't retrospect and leave paint smudges. Also, they will get sign off before handing over your car just to find out mistakes.
The service was great. It took some effort to get a repair appointment, but once I did, the work was quick and efficient.
Had my car in for some minor repair. When I got it back one of the headlights were not working.nnI called the workshop but they would not accept their responsibility for the damaged headlights.nnCompletely unacceptable behavior. I would not recommend this workshop to anyone.nnUpdate 2024-01-26: I did call Werksta on below number two days ago, and again explained the situation. However they have not come back to me on this topic.
My personal experience was fairly okay I would say. Reaching them out is pretty tricky. Car got fixed earlier than the estimation I was given. I got notified by a text. I tried to call to ask a couple of questions questions to make sure they checked other things which have got affected. No one picked up the phone and then I was automatically routed to the central exchange their they promised me that someone from the workshop is going to call me back but no one called me and I went anyway to pick up the car. The person at the counter couldn't really answer or give any satisfactory information. I paid and took the car hoping that they have checked it properly. And as it looks like it is quite alright. I would have appreciated if I would have managed to talk to the person who fixed it.
