Disappointed with warranty handlingnnWe have been using fixtures from this company for about two years and have now encountered a problem with one of the products. Even though it should be covered by the warranty, the company refuses to take responsibility because the purchase number from the wholesaler is missing. It seems unreasonable that such a detail should outweigh the fact that the product is clearly defective within a reasonable lifespan. We are disappointed with how the warranty was handled and would have expected better customer service from a manufacturer of this caliber.
Just happened to be passing by.
