I booked two order one small 60kg on monday and other big 350 kg on friday.they delivered big order on månday when i was not at homenOn friday when they bring small order they dont have bomm key.the called me i was not at home .i told yhe delivery boy that it is ur problem to bring the key .you should leave my order at my door .he became very angry that why i told him that it is his probolem and he threatning me that he will take order back bc i am not at home.he want that i say sorry to him.
I have had a message for 3 days saying that delivery should take place between 5 and 9 pm.nnWe emptied half the TV room to make room for the furniture that did not to come.nnIt's 9 PM NOW and nothing is here.nnHOW do you run your business? No wonder you guys have bad reviews on Google. Get serious!nnWe have not received text messages or calls about obstacles. I should complain to IKEA as well and make sure they know about how you do your job.
Worst IKEA delivery ever. IKEA should not work with this logistik company. They do not deliver themselves, and have no tracking where the delivery is. The delivery is done by 3rd party truck drivers. We talked to this company several times on phone and they said delivery is coming while the truck driver still sent us a message that they can not deliver. And all this after waiting for 5 hours without any updates. Would never trust this logistic company again, and possibly avoid ordering home delivery from IKEA.
The worst delivery ever. They threw all of our Ikea boxes right onto busy Götgatan, nowhere near our entrance, instead of using the back entrance everyone else uses for delivery that we specifically requested. They refused to move to the proper delivery entrance. We had to drag all of our order almost a block away because of their mistake.
I was quite nervous after reading so many bad reviews about the delivery after I ordered a delivery service from Ikea today. But I just received all the packages one hour ago and it turned out to be great! I received a sms one hour ahead before my booking time 19:00-22:00 and I could track where the truck was and how many delivery before me. They gave me a call when it was my turn and told me they would arrive in 20mins, I went downstair and waited for them 10mins after I got their call and waited for 5mins then got another call when they was close to my place. They parked the truck right in the front of the door and passed the goods from the truck quickly and all went smoothly! Although they missed one small stuff when they told me everything was completed, but since I tracked the goods when they passed them to me, I told them there was one more thing left. They searched for it in the truck and found it in the corner. All in all, this was a good experience!
