Delivery timing is never accurate. Yesterday I actually received someone else's order. I realized before the delivery guy had left and I stopped him and he said he couldn't do anything. Contacted customer service, but by the time they were actually going to have the order resent out I received a new order from foodora delivery. They continually mess things up, send food that is not the best quality and they will refund the money, but that doesn't fix the fact that I still needed the items I ordered. I have asked if there's a way to get a discount for the inconvenience and they just say they can't do that. I will not order from them again. Have tried many times, hoping the issues were getting better, but unfortunately it's so hit or miss that it cannot be relied on. Cancelled my wolt plus...and deleted the app
Disgusting service, will never order from here. Crazy how bad Wolt is, take foodora instead
