They are well displayed and easy to browse.nn DEALSnNice deals for a number of the top outdoor brands like Mammut, Haglöfs, Rossignol, Northface, Salomon etc.nn CUSTOMER FRIENDLYnThe staff is patient, knowledgeable and helps you make good choices. There are quite a few occasions now where I made a better purchase and also enjoyed better deals when the staff pointed out products or discounts where I normally would not have looked or known about.nn WORKSHOPnThere is also a workshop here for bike servicing and maintenance of ski equipment.nn QUALITY AND LOWER PRICESnMany quality products at lower prices that are easier on the pockets.nn EASY RETURNSnI hardly have to return something but when I do, they usually make it easy and with a smile.
Bought a pair of hiking boots 2 weeks ago, had a couple of short walks in them. Realized I need a pair one size bigger. Called them talked to 2 persons they confirmed I can replace them, went to the shop with the shoes and they told me they dont offer that and I can sell them as a used pair online.

Stay away. The staff are easily offended and unprofessional — when I expressed frustration over their poor customer service, they even threatened to call security and told me to breathe. The staff at the cash register! are especially rude.nnI had to return a bike six times for the same brake issue, yet they never managed to fix it properly. In the end, we gave up and sold the bike since they refused to take it back — all within the first four months after purchase.nnOn another occasion, we tried to exchange an item purchased with a membership discount due to a wrong size. Even with the receipt, they refused to honor the original discount.nnTerrible service and attitude. We will never shop here again and will discourage anyone else to go here.
