I purchased a bike from this store at a high price, expecting premium quality. However, the bike had issues that required me to return three times for repairs. During my second visit, I requested a replacement, as they had previously promised to exchange it if the problem persisted. Despite this, they refused and insisted the bike had no defects.nnOn my third visit, I compared my bike with a new one in their showroom and discovered that a part was missing from the bike I purchased. Only then did they acknowledge the issue and fix it. This experience was very disappointing — not only did I pay a significant amount for a product that did not meet expectations, but the staff also failed to identify the problem until I pointed it out.nnAlthough they had promised to replace the bike if necessary, they did not honor that commitment. Ultimately, I was the one who found the defect, not them, and this has caused me to lose trust in their service.
A very big sport shop in Sisjön. They sell numerous and various sport stuffs and clothes, and the prices are good!
Poor service! I was here today in search of a missing bolt for seatclamp. Had to wait 1 hour in the cycle department. I understand that the store was understaffed in the cycle department and hence one guy was manning the helpdesk. However even when I went up and spoke to other store staff, I was told that they don’t have expertise in cycle department n have to wait for the only guy who is dealing with 3 customers simultaneously! The free staff didn’t even come forward to create any invoice saying it has special procedure. One other staff walks in seeing the queue but instead of addressing the next in queue he answered a customer who had just entered the department. When I approached him and explained that my cyclebought in xxl is missing a bolt on the seatclamp n I am looking for spare, but he said he doesn’t know about it. I assumed that since this brand is not sold in other stores, I have to wait for the only cycle dept staff. After waiting for one whole hour, when it was my turn the designated staff asks the man standing behind me if I was indeed ahead in the queue or I jumped the line in Swedish! What the xxxx, I even spoke to him half hour before n standing close to counter all the time? first time In my 4 years of living in Sweden, I felt a possibility of racial prejudice! He assumed I didn’t understand Swedish. And after all this waiting, this guy walks to the shelves to see n say that the seatclamp that I need is not in stock! Why couldn’t he have asked me to look for this product on shelf? Why other staff couldn’t talk/consult the expert and address this simple solution earlier? You don’t need to be an expert to guide the consumers with locating products? Poor job sharing and poor behaviour with jumping queue comment!

store is very nice but whole complex has no free toilet ! if you have no coins you are in big trouble.. any other shops around like Coop or Ica Maxi offer good structure.
