Amazing
Awesome
The beach here was, to put it mildly, disgusting!nThe entire strip of beach was completely covered in dead marine life such as seaweed, seaweed, crabs, shells, etc. which gave off a disgusting stench. Furthermore, there is a large amount of some type of worm that leaves traces both on land and in the water.nIf you walk from the parking lot towards the cement piers, you see what appears to be a nice sandy beach, but when you arrive you find that the sand is abundantly mixed with large amounts of stones.nThe positive thing is that once you leave the beach and head out onto the cement pier and get to the tip of the pier, you suddenly find nice clean sand, about waist deep and clean, nice bathing water.nA huge contrast to the beach.nThis is a good place for locals to take their evening swim, but it is definitely not a tourist-friendly beach!nI have rarely seen a beach in this poor condition other than during the winter months or after a storm, but is it winter? no it'snin the middle of summer! Has there been a storm? Not either! So what is the reason for this environmental disaster on the beach, you might ask? Tide or not, considering that they allow themselves to charge for parking in the harbor, there should be room in the budget to keep the beach clean at least during the summer months.nIsn't tourism an important part of Bådtad municipality's annual income? Shouldn't they protect the well-being of their tourists on the beach?nWhen I visited, the beach was far from full, which was nice in its own way, but....
A stormy and wonderful day with high waves
A rocky area - like so many others - but definitely worth experiencing.
