Story

- I've completed a 500hr training, additional training, and do a lot of self study. My teachers are in Singapore and Mysore. I've also learned a lot in New York, San Francisco and Stockholm.

- Interested in the intersection of yoga philosophy (which can sound wild) and behavioral economics. I read a lot about the nervous system and how we process stimuli.

- I'm not naturally flexible so I understand anyone who feels they are not right for yoga.

- I've had students in class from 82 to 7 years old. Yoga really is for everybody!

- Practice.
