Yogakloster

I have attended Gong training with Frida at YogaKloster. Fantastic training, great selection of gongs to learn to play. I look forward to attending the continuation course in May and August 2023. It is noticeable that Frida is passionate about her gongs, her enthusiasm and energy rub off on everyone.nI have also had the great honor of being one of seven players at one of YogaKloster's GongPujors. A whole wonderful night in the dull rumbling and healing vibrations of the gongs.

Yoga monastery - a great place to be with many beautiful experiences. I attended a silent retreat for 5 days and can highly recommend this to EVERYONE! We all need more of both nature, rest, movement and vibrations! You really get everything at Yogakloster!
