When calling their phone number, you find out that the phone hours are Mon-Fri 9:30 - 12:00.nPress the case number suggested in this case 2. Then something happens: they thank you for the call and welcome you back. This happens with every call. There is no one present at all. Also asks to be called back but this never happens. Very poor service for the tenants.
Unhelpful, stingy and incredibly rude. Help via fault reporting takes a long time, if it even happens; we reported a fault and waited for several years for a bedroom door, but unfortunately had time to move before we got help - the new tenants did have the door installed before moving in, so there's always something...nThey are stingy, and you have to go through fire and water to get a rent deduction at all when your apartment is unusable in our case due to a flood from the neighbor's apartment into ours. When contacted, they are unhelpful and unfortunately incredibly rude - especially when you want help.
Not all apartments are posted on Boportalen to those seeking housing. When appliances break, they put in smaller versions that are not adapted to the size of the apartment, and the number of people who may live in that household. There are many things to complain about, but that would be a short story.
A very disrespectful landlord. Responsive apartments, poor inspection records, minimal influence.
