Zenidra Kliniken och Drömgården

Bad experience and I am very disappointed. I was at the clinic two weeks ago for a consultation which was only 10 minutes and paid SEK 500 for the consultation on the spot. A few days later, the doctor/clinic owner withdrew another SEK 500 from my account via Bokadirekt for the booking according to her. I sent pictures proving that the payment had already been made on the spot and that it was a double payment, but got no reply. I have tried to reach her, but she has been ignoring my messages and calls. But seriously! How professional is it to ignore a customer to avoid refunding SEK 500?

Didn't feel professional and don't think you book clients when you are not fit to perform a service so was very disappointed!!

Lovely clinic - responsiveness and pleasant treatment as a bonus to the professionally performed treatments, not to forget a fantastic selection.
