This place was incredible. We came here on cheese wheel Wednesday and the pasta was INSANE! The service was great too. This is a secret hotspot!!Mat: 5/5
Amore Ristorante is my husbands and I go to place for date night! We LOVE how authentic and delicious the food is. Their service is unbeatable as each staff member always ensures we are well taken care of. I also book them every year for end of year luncheons with my staff. The back room is the perfect place to have an intimate gathering. Roberto is a pleasure to work with!
Great service. Waters always filled. Attentive and friendly waiters who are grateful for your business. Owner hangs around to greet patrons as well. Food was all delicious and made in a reasonable time frame. BYOB and 15% off on Mondays, which helped because prices were slightly high, but that's everywhere now. Ultimately, a classic Italian restaurant with all the amenities you would expect. Desserts were phenomenal. Lava cake and cannoli. You can't go wrong coming here.
We stopped in for a light lunch and wound up ordering a bit more. The specials sounded very interesting. Good crusty Italian bread with EV olive oil and vinegar on the table was irresistible. Same goes for salad with blue cheese crumbles and fresh-sliced green apples. The lentil soup was a bit over-seasoned, but a welcome vehicle for bread sopping. The highlight of the afternoon was the vegetable arancine rice balls with ricotta. They were fried to a crispy-crusted exterior with a creamy center. Thank you Amore!
Centre of the Italian culture, Amore Restaurante serves great representations of the classic beloved foods of Italy. Located in Woodland Park, NJ - both reservations and walk ins are welcome. I've seen couples, groups of 5, large parties come to this restaurant, it is great for celebrations and special events. The food they serve here is explicitly wonderful to simply put it. For sparkling water lovers, I am glad to say that the restaurant serves the classic and well known Pellegrino bottle for their choice of water. They also serve wine, and beverages on the side upon requested order. The servers are very patient and informative as to which items are on the special for the night. The environment inside the restaurant is welcoming and warm, with greetings right as you enter the doorway. Only downside is they have specific times in which they open throughout the week so I would make sure to check their open hours online before traveling i learned the hard way! Overall, a great restaurant with fine dinery, a welcoming environment, and beloved foods for the Italian cuisine.
This restaurant never disappoints. Love the food and ambiance. I love the artwork on the wall too! Feels nostalgic and with the amazing food it transports you to warm memoriesm Wish it was a little bigger in the main room, but there's a second room that they open when it's super busy. I like coming when it's not super busy though. I see myself visiting soon again. Their specials do surprise and delight
The waitstaff are very accommodating, and the food is delicious Italian fare I believe the owner, Gino is the chef - very nice guy. Go there on Mondays for a discount. Great parking options, kid friendly and wheel chair accessible ground floor walk in.Mat: 5/5

Was not impressed at all. Too many friends recommended us to eat here saying it was amazing food. But to both my fiancée and I was mediocre at best. I mean horrible at time and not worth the time nor taste buds. The fish was horrible and full of a ridiculous amount of sauce. As you can see in the photos that was not an appetizing dish. Will never ever return and wish those who do luck.
Amore serves classic Italian cuisine and is a BYOB restaurant. Their specials are absolutely delicious and highly recommend. Their burratta appetizer is the best in the area - a must try! Portion sizes are very generous. The staff is amazing, attentive and doesn’t mind repeating the specials once or twice. I love going back and seeing the same employees over and over - they are definitely doing something right over there! Atmosphere is great and they decorate for all the holidays. We just went for valentines and they had a huge balloon arch setup with a bench for pictures. The staff was kind enough to snap great photos of me and my husband. Love this gem!
