Very nice experience! This provider was not our first choice but since our original trip was cancelled they had some empty slots and let us in for this tour. Very good service, warm indoor with leather seats.  Travel time and speed was fast for the whale watching location where we spent good amount of time. We spotted plenty amount of Orcas and some humpback whales! Stuff was professional!  Trip was overall so immemorial so had to give 5 stars!

Great company. We went on a Northern lights experience, for the first two stops in 3 hours we did not see anything due to low activity. Then they took us to a third spot where we noticed activity was about to begin. They had taken pictures of all of us on their SLR and made it available on their website for us to download.

We had the pleasure of being toured by Sarah and Tonya, from the company. They showed us the beautiful sights that Tromso and nearby fjords had to offer and regaled us with the stories and information the entire way. Would highly recommend

I booked the In the Footsteps of Amundsen tour and was very disappointed. The guide did not seem very knowledgeable on the topic and we felt the tour was very poorly planned. We did not do the tour in the sequence mentioned on the website and visited the Ølhallen at the beginning and it was closed opens at 12, the guide only noticed when he tried to open the door! The guide added little to the museum visits. Overall a very poor experience. The company does not seem to care about the customer experience as I sent an email of complaint and received no reply.

Horrible experience! The bus smells toilet although they said it is toilet chemical. We had to travel more than 6 hours with this unpleasant smell. It would be acceptable if the guide could manage the trip. We were not able to see the auroras because of the mistake of the guides. We were waiting at the bus as he said “I will tell you if I saw something on the sky”. He left from the bus and after a while he just showed up with a few guest and told that they saw the polar lights and we should go back to Tromso. We were just waiting their call to let us out but two of the guides did not do it! I would never recommend this service.

I was that annoying customer that arrived 15 min before the tour started while everything else was fully booked, and I was delighted by the kindness of the staff here. I would book with them again for sure.  The northern lights per se, I saw them for about 15 minutes of which only 5 minutes were strong enough to see them. It's a hit or miss.

We did the polar lights tour. The tour was really very great and informative. Yago and Julian our tour guides did a great job from start to finish and took good care of us. They also helped us with the settings of the photos and took some of us as well. We thought it was great that you could warm up in the warm bus in the meantime and got hot chocolate and cookies. The bus ride was also very pleasant and we were constantly given information about the trip.  I can recommend the tour to everyone in Tromso. Big thanks to Julian and Yago.

They made a lot of effort to ensure we saw the Nothern Lights. Very knowledgeable guides.

The best northern lights guide in Tromso, trust me on that because we did join another company's northern lights tour too! If you take a look at their website for past pictures, their success rate is fantastic. The driver took us to the border of Finland and that was dedication given the distance.
