As for my 1723 speakers, they have exceeded my expectations. Would appreciate more photos of the sides and back of the subwoofer. CAD drawings are too small to see details and dimensions.

After the speakers break in the bass is soft and boomy, you have to really turn up the speaker loud to get the right sound, so they are quite poor at lower volumes. Refund process they have is a very slow one, took 24 days to get my money back after they received them, and it was $300 short of the total, along with whatever interest charged on the card for that extra time. They would not even entertain giving full refund back even though they took forerver to get the money back. Buy speakers locally so you can listen to them, that’s my recommendation. These aren’t anything special.

Arendal speakers are nothing short of amazing. Their build quality, weight, materials, sonic characteristics, and curb appeal set them apart in their price range. Like a Ferrari with the wrong tires, these speakers require proper pairing for the best performance. Don't expect a $200 amplifier to unlock their full potential any more than an expensive amplifier would with $200 speakers. For those who criticize products simply for being "made in China," remember that quality depends on materials and stringent manufacturing standards, not just location. Arendal exemplifies this quality control. It doesn't matter where they're made; what matters is the precision in manufacturing. Some reviewers complain about sonic characteristics without providing crucial setup details like room dimensions, equipment used, and speaker placement. It's hasty judgment. Others argue against the direct purchase approach, but I find it beneficial. It cuts out the middleman, leading to significant savings and direct feedback for the manufacturer. For those still reading, that same feeling I had when I first heard stereo through headphones? I experienced it again when I set up these Arendal speakers—their expansive frequency range, quick bass response, and sublime high frequencies left me in awe. I know they can handle even more power. My journey in this wonderful hobby continues, and stumbling upon Arendal has been a highlight. It's a decision I'll never regret. If you're on the fence about these speakers, put your doubts aside and give them a chance. You'll likely fall in love with them.

Bought dual 1723 1S subs, for a music first system - and all I can say is wow. The bass output is on another planet - clean, fast, textured - everything an audiophile demands. I do use them for movies too beauty of their simple dual input setup and for that they also excel with massive reserves of power, and being sealed they pickup good room gain down to 15hz in my room!! These things are incredibly well built too with a lovely gloss finish, and the DSP/app is also great being both fast to connect and bug free. I fully recommend these subs for 2ch purists and movie lovers alike, and I can't imagine the rest of their speakers being anything short of excellent too.
I got a pair of 1961 monitors and a 1961 1s subwoofer. The shipping was very fast. Bought Monday evening, and got it on Friday morning. The shipping package and care are one of the best I ever saw in my life. The speakers' build quality is superb! It's clear that Arendal designed and built them to rival, if not exceed, any of the "top known" brands. I am still breaking in the speakers, but I see a huge difference in audio quality and soundstage! I am using the setup on my computer. I paired the monitors with a Hypex Ncore NC252MP amplifier and used the Motu M2 as DAC. I am deeply considering replacing all my HT speakers with the Arendal 1961 line. Keep up the great product and customer care Arendal!
