Vi tilbyr enkle hytter med uteplass og felles bad.Alle hyttene på Birkelund camping har kjøkkenkrok med kjøleskap, kokeplater, vankoker og kaffetrakter, samt en sittegruppe og tregulv.Som gjest kan du slappe av i badstuen eller ta en dukkert i det sesongåpne bassenget. Campingplassen har en lekeplass med trampoline, bordtennisbord, petanqebane, og huske som barna vil sette pris på. Sykler kan leies gratis."

Syntes det var helt ålreit. Vi dukket opp ganske sent og det var ikke noe problem, kjekk stabur hytte med det du trenger. Til prisen og være så et det verdt pengene. Kommer helt sikkert tilbake hit.
Utrolig fin plass! Kjempehyggelige eiere som virkelig sørger for at du har alt du trenger. Fine hytter, fellesarealet var rent og hyggelige priser. Best av alt så ligger campingen rett ved siden av herlige fiskeplasser som Hovsfjorden og Holsfjorden. Her er du garantert fisk! Anbefales!Rom: 5/5
We parked our camper here! We actually got stuck in the drive cause we took the corner too wide! And within a minute the guy was out helping and going to grab shovels. The kitchen was sooo cosy! Clearly had the heat on for us when we were the only ones there! Some games, some dishes provided. 6 stovetops and an oven! Toilets and kept clean and all was great. It's in a quaint location. We went early January.

Our visit to this establishment was motivated by our need for shower facilities and a camping site, with the added attraction of a sauna. Upon arrival, we found the reception unstaffed initially, but soon, the owner emerged from a nearby residence. We inquired about shower pricing, only to be informed that it was not available. For camping, the owner did grant us a 100 NOK discount, as well as a similar reduction for sauna use. The camping area resembled a private backyard, and even with the discounts, the pricing seemed disproportionate to the level of service and overall ambiance. We requested permission to explore the premises, which the owner reluctantly allowed. While inspecting the showers which required additional payment in coin form, the owner confronted us, questioning whether our exploration was complete. He accused us unfairly of using the restrooms exclusively. Regrettably, the owner resorted to offensive language, referring to us as "idiots" and demanding our departure. The quality of customer service was significantly below expectations. Edited to be less offensive to parties involved. Interessante detaljer: Sauna costs 300 or 200 nok depending on the mood of the owner, it is located deep inside of the owner’s house. Showers cost 10 kr per 5 minutes.
We knocked and no one was at the reception, the owner came running and yelling at us saying that we had to call him before filling the water of our van. If you want tourists to come at your place, make it tourist friendly and put your signs in english. We had to pay 150nok, asked if the water was drinkable because it was yellow and yelled at us saying he didn’t have time and left.
I would rather camp along a high way than stay in that horrible dumpster. The dude was extremely rude, even hostile. It was unbelievable and little scary how he spoke to us. Also, the place is just a messy back yard and super high prices… Toilets and showers were unclean. I’d recommend everyone to avoid the place.
Simple cabin with what you need, a fridge, cooking possibilities and beds. Rom: Simple rooms, with what you need. Sikkerhet: Trampoline safety net was assembled wrong, would not keep kids safe.
It is a very clean Campingspot. Especially the kitchen is well equipped with pots and a sink to clean your dishes. Some games and a TV is also provided. In the bath you will get paper-towels for free. The WiFi is very bad and in summertimes don’t forget to bring mosquito protection. We saw possibilities to charge your electric car which is really convenient.
be careful, the behavior of the staff is not fair. we could not get to the accommodation due to the closed road and the evacuation of the area due to the flood. And yet we were charged the amount for the accommodation. Even though we contacted the operator and told them about our problem. Later we found out that the road was closed a few hours before our arrival. still the staff claimed that they didn't know about anything.
