Door of peace is a NGO working for peace and human rights.

Historie

This NGO is based in Drammen city of Norway, and Door of Peace is the meaning of word Drammen, It has a strange meaning in three languages it means (DOOR OF PEACE in Pashto, Dari and Urdu when you write in these three languages “Drammenâ€. It means door of peace. The purpose of this organization is to make close relations among the other countries regarding peace and humanity. We also condemn the drone attacks in Waziristan killing innocent children despite of any evidence. We are a group of friends who are working free of cost.

Our basic aim and object is to aware the people through Electronic media, print media, for example newspaper, magazines, Electronic media for example making film, drama for Radio,TV and internet. To held seminar, workshop and arrange discussion platform for common people.All that leads to the welfare and betterment of humanity is included in aims and objects of Door of Peace organization. To create among women of all kind the awareness of all their socio-political and economic rights and their due place in modern society, by all possible means, is also one of the fundamental aims of this organization. This organization proudly aims at enabling women to known and struggle to achieve that social status Islam bestows upon them.

Objective I
To make people aware of the value of peace, by conducting peace seminars.

Objective II
The NGO also serves to arrange events that promotes peace and unity.

Objective III
To participate in events arranged by others that promotes peace and moral support.
