Traditions is a family owned and operated business located in Vestfold, Norway. We started our business in 2014 selling our products at festivals and
to local farm stores.  Due to the overwhelming success of our products, we now sell to businesses around the country.  We pride ourselves on offering only the finest quality pepper jellies we can make.  Our jellies are made with all natural ingredients that are fat and trans fat free and no 
cholesterol.  These are just some of the important attributes of our products that keep our customers coming back over and over again.
 
 WHAT ARE PEPPER JELLIES?
Our pepper jellies are condiments which can be used as an ingredient in various food preparation.  Although our jellies go exceptionally well with Asian, Indian and Spanish dishes, they also go great with a variety of other foods such as burgers, grilled chicken and baked fish. It can be served on cream cheese or brie with crackers as an appetizer or even used to make a pepper jelly cheesecake for dessert.  They are described as a piquant mix of sweetness and heat and come in various degrees of spiciness. 
 
 WHAT FLAVORS DO WE HAVE?
Our most popular flavors are Sweet Pepper Jelly, Flaming Hot Pepper Jelly and Mango Pepper Jelly.  These are available all year round.  Occasionally, we also offer seasonal selections, so check with us often for new product offerings or for new recipes and other ways to use our delicious pepper jellies.
