Info Safelink AS is an engineering company that supplies hardware, software and engineeringsolutions to offshore lifting operations. Geschichte Safelink AS is a company which develops products and calculations that makes lifting operations offshore safer and provide optimal utilization of the crane capacity based on real efficiencies. Our solutions increase operational safety and reduce weather dependency and downtime caused by adverse weather conditions and wave actions. We have designed shock absorbers for lifting topside and passive heave compensators for subsea. All Safelink units are created on the basis of advanced mathematical models. This ensures that the units have high efficiencies both in practice as well as in theory. We do not sacrifice safety to get better results; our calculations have shown an increased safety factor compared to simpler theoretical models. Load charts are calculated using a mathematical model tailor made for the crane in question.
