The food was good but the quantity was super small for the price!! 5 Main dish options with vegetarian preference. Service is quite decent and quick. Quantity can be greatly improved. Would be great to see more Vegetarian/Vegan options. Alternativer for vegetarianere: Not many and good vegetarian/vegan options.
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant, and I feel compelled to share it. From the moment we walked in, the staff's attitude was nothing short of atrocious. They acted as if we were a burden to them, making us feel unwelcome right off the bat. It was almost like they believed we were eating there for free, and their rudeness only escalated from there. When we politely raised a concern about our food, instead of addressing it, the staff member insulted us, implying we didn't know what we were talking about. The level of disrespect was unbelievable. It's shocking that a place with such poor customer service can stay in business. The waiter keep on asking our kids to be silent and very unfriendly with kids with taking away things from the table, showing scary face etc . How can a toddler be kept quiet by telling the toddler. Overall, the behavior of the staff completely ruined what should have been a pleasant dining experience. I won't be coming back, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place unless you're in the mood to be treated poorly.
On a seven day stay in Tromso, three colleagues and I visited this restaurant two times. We were really happy with both the food, service and the setting. I really enjoyed the mix grill and the shrimp vindaloo. Next time I am at Tromso, I would most certainly visit this restaurant again. I would say booking a table prior to your visit is recommended.
Nice place with a good ambiance. Friendly staff…! Food tasted good but although I feel the quantity was bit less for the price. This is the northern most Indian restaurant I’ve been. There is not much options for veg dishes, I was there only twice in a week’s time. I tried the mixed veg curry and veg korma. Both tasted good was different only can complain about the quantity. One of the good Indian restaurants with Indian authentic taste too. Staff is really good and service is fast. Prior reservation is recommended. 5-10Mins walk-in from centre. Recommended dishes:- Vegetarian Curry, Garlic Naan, Dal Tadka , Samosa
Horrible Indian food , felt very disappointed with the quality and taste of it , naan wasn’t actually Tandoori naan it was more like Pita naan from supermarket.., samosas were also bland more like bulk buy out .. Palak paneer was so diluted .. hardly tasted any spinach or saag in it .. I don’t know how they got this rating ,
The food was delicious. I ordered Salmon, rive, and mango sauce. The combination was tasty. Chai was hot and amazing. The resturant was cozy with nice Indian music. The staff was friendly and helpful. The resturant offers different types of vegetarian food. Nice experience

My wife and I went here to celebrate the conclusion of 25 days of bicycling. The food arrived promptly. My wife had the Mango chicken- not too hot. I had Vindaloo lamb - very hot version. Our meals were well cooked, tasty and served with good rice. We also had 2 types of naan bread. The quantity was sufficient for hungry cyclists. It was a well prepared and presented feast.
