The best place to stay in Finnsnes, hands down. Unmatched in standard, service, location, and price, especially compared to Senja Hotel and Finnsnes Hotel. Quiet , except for very eager sea gulls in mating season. Room service is prompt when requested. While the kitchen supplies are a bit lacking, I’m confident this will improve over time. Highly recommended!
BEWARE low head walls !! We stayed in the Main house on 3rd floor, room 32. Beautiful place! 3rd floor no elevators and the ceiling entry way into living room and bedroom is extremely low! Definitely hit the head hard a few times. Laundry is in basement. The place itself is very clean and has basic kitchen essentials if you want to cook. Also grocery stores across the street for food. Our room had a nice sea view. The thermostat is controlled by owner’s phone —- it was a bit warm June during day— with doors and windows open it cools downs nicely. Veldig grei plass og bo på, burde få dør mellom soverommene på penthouse leiligheten, og lås på døren inn til toalettet. Ellers kunne de ha oppdatert litt på kjøkkenet med bedre kniver for å kunne skjære opp annet enn brød.Rom: 3/5
Nydelig sted nær sentrum. Vi bestilte opprinnelig et lite rom inne i hovedgården. Lyst og fint. Pent bad. Men så valgte vi å oppgradere til leilighet helt nede på brygga. Fantastisk fint i det nydelige været. Nydelig leilighet med privat uteområde. Parkering rett utenfor. Det er ikke resepsjon her, men enkelt å få eierne i tale per telefon. Veldig vennlig og hjertelig service. Her blir vi å bo flere ganger
A beautiful old house well maintained and turned into a hotel. No reception available but they send you the entrance code and you can self check-in which is very convenient. We stayed at the second floor. The bathroom was shared but it was fine for a one night stay. You can bring your food and eat it in the dining-room or in the garden where there are tables too. I like what they`ve accomplished with this house restoration. At the wall near the entrance there is an information board telling the story of the house. Free parking available.
Stayed one night on 18 Oct 22. Well kept cabin, clean and comfortable bed. There were 2 things, bedrooms did not have heaters and we had to sleep upstairs to receive heat from the living room. The rooms were too cold. The shower came with a curtain and so much water leaks on to the floor no matter how careful you could be.

Arrived rainy late evening in Mid October. Overall was alright except the 2 bedrooms had no heating and extremely cold. Kitchen and living room were warm and alright. Had nice waterfront view.
Just alright. It was extremely loud in the house, it’s very old and noise travels terribly, even when people are trying to be quiet. Location was OK, but very industrial surroundings. Great outdoor space and clean rooms, but the rooms did not have black out shades for the midnight sun, or basic things in the kitchen like a strainer or salt and pepper. Very clean rooms. Wish there was a front desk for questions.
