I took my driving lessons from Fornebu Trafikkskole between April and June, and it was an exceptionally good learning experience. A big thanks to my instructor, Severin Holte, who is truly one of the best instructors out there. His guidance and teaching methods were instrumental in helping me pass my driving test on the first attempt. Severin's patience, professionalism, and ability to explain driving concepts clearly made each lesson productive and enjoyable. He provided personalized instruction, focusing on areas where I needed improvement and ensuring I gained confidence behind the wheel. The vehicles used during the lessons were well-maintained and equipped with the latest safety features, which added to my comfort and security. The scheduling process was straightforward, and the staff was always helpful in accommodating my preferred times. I strongly recommend Fornebu Trafikkskole and especially Severin Holte for anyone pursuing a Class B driving license. Their dedication to student success and quality instruction sets them apart.
An amazingly straightforward school with comprehensive lessons. Had all of my classes with Marius, which I can vouch for being an excellent teacher, in English and passed the driving test on my first attempt. Highly recommended.

Driving lessons during pandemic can be chaotic. But BIG thanks to Herman who is a very passionate and professional instructor. He always looks for possibilities of moving forward with his students, even if it means waking up 5am to catch an available slot on a slippery driving track. He helped me a lot to improve my driving skills, complete all courses in the shortest time and eventually pass the driving test at the first attempt! All courses are available in English, which helps a lot. I Highly recommend Fornebu Trafikkskole
Great place to learn driving skill and learn how to be safe on the road! I took totally maybe 40 driving hours training with the teacher Marius and successfully got driving license for manual gear car in the first try! My teacher is very considerate, he carefully designed courses to address my shortcomings and help me to reinforce my skill! The training courses could be taught with Norwegian or English, I am a foreigner and still learning Norwegian, but it won't be a problem!!
I highly recommend Fornebu Trafikkskole! After failing two times on practical exam with a previous school, it was a completely different experience practicing driving at Fornebu Trafikkskole. My instructor Herman has taught me different driving techniques I had no clue about, was very supportive and went far and beyond to make sure I was confident and well prepared for the exam. Yesterday I had it, and I passed! Herman, thank you so so much!
No matter who you are, I think this school is for you. Their employees know their stuff, and they go out of their way to make sure you are prepared for your exam. If you are an American like me, then Fornebu Trafikkskole is DEFINITELY for you. Everyone has excellent English skills and is comfortable talking to you in English. They also know all of the ins and outs of the process of exchanging in your American license, if you have still been here for a short enough time to be able to do that. Regardless, you can trust that they have the knowledge and expertise to make sure you get your Norwegian license. They also aren't going to try and oversell you on unnecessary lessons, which is not necessarily a given. My impression of all of the teachers was very positive, but I only drove with Severin. I can highly recommend him, as he was very knowledgeable, very good at giving feedback in a constructive way, and he was very pleasant to talk to. They tend to have a waiting list here, but it's worth the wait! Give them a call!
Fornebu Trafikkskole rocks! Got my license in one shot, all thanks to them! Herman, Kent, and Severin were absolute pros during my classes and practice sessions. They know their stuff like the back of their hand! And a big shoutout to Peter for helping me snag a practical exam slot that fit perfectly with my summer plans. If you're looking for a Norwegian license or need to swap your foreign one, Fornebu Trafikkskole is the place to be. Highly recommended! Thanks, guys, you made it a breeze!
I had a quick, easy, and positive experience at Fornebu Traffikskole. Two separate people had recommended them to me to switch my international license over to a Norwegian one, and I am glad I went here. They gave me quick and simple tips, were patient and clear, and I felt like I got my money's worth. I thought I would have to wait months to take my test, but they found a last minute appointment for me something I could not have found or discovered myself and I got my licence much quicker than expected. I went into the final test feeling prepared and knowing what to expect because of our practice drives. I would definitely recommend them to others!
This is a great school! I just passed my exam and got my license all thanks to Herman. He's a great instructor. I failed my practical exam before coming to Fornebu Trafikkskole while not even knowing what my weak areas are. The first time I met with Herman, he spotted all my mistakes mainly my speed while approaching roundabouts and trained me so much on how to master it. My examiner/sensor especially stressed on how well I did at this point after training with Herman. Which proves that he's super good at his job.
